Full time, Permanent – Bridge Farm Shop, Pylle
We now have a vacancy for an Office Administrator to work 40 hours per week. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm.
We are looking for an experienced administration employee, to work as part of our sales team. You will be expected to carry out data entry activities by inputting our customer orders onto our bespoke system, create and edit credit notes, create and produce product documentation, produce reports and data analysis from the computer systems, be a team player and assist with answering the phone, contacting and developing relationships with our customers and taking orders over the phone.
You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You must be able to work as part of a flexible team and under pressure at busy times. You will need to have an excellent telephone manner to represent Jon Thorner’s Ltd. You will have a flair for organisation and an ability to prioritise work, with patience and attention to detail. You must be trustworthy and honest with a ‘can do’ attitude, using your initiative when required. You will be computer literate and competent to use all aspects of Microsoft Office.
£ 8.50 p/h
