40 Day Dry Aged Beef

New for 2014!
We are now offering fantastic quality West Country 40 day dry aged beef.

Air dried on the bone for an extra 20 days, compared to our normal beef, it gives the meat even more time to develop its superb flavour and become more tender. The beef is sourced from our supplier Andrew Hawkings and will predominately be Devon Red.

Prices start from £22.99 per kilo and is available from all our butchery counters.
