Christmas Open Evening 2008

Thank you to everyone that came along to our Christmas Open Evening last Friday 5th December.

All guests were offered a glass of mulled wine, locally grown and handcut chips, a mince pie and of course enjoyed a range of tasty treats and tipples! There were tastings from a whole range of our suppliers including fabulous local produce such as cheeses, ice cream, cider brandy, wines, chutneys, jams and preserves. The Jon Thorner's kitchen had to supply three times the amount of food to keep up with the demand for tastings this year! Some were new recipies not yet available on the shelf and the feedback was very positive.
