Three Bird Roasts
And for a dish fit for a banquet, you could try one of our three bird roasts – the true art of the Master Butcher. This year we’re offering:
- a fresh white Mendip turkey, stuffed with a free range duck, stuffed with a pheasant – feeding approximately 14-16 dinner guestsor
- a free range goose, stuffed with a fresh chicken, stuffed with an English guinea fowl – feeding approximately 10-12 people.
Our larger three bird roasts also contain our delicious home-made pork and apricot forcemeat stuffing.
