Beef

All our beef is locally reared and supplied mostly from the Mendips. Choose from sirloin and rib of beef trimmed for roasting to whole fillet and rib eye steaks, oxtail or brisket, prime mince or steak burgers to beef olives. We offer a full range of joints and cuts, prepared by our specially trained butchers.

We also have local premium Aberdeen Angus Beef as well as our fine local prime beef. Look out for the labels in your local store.
