Jon Thorner's Fishing Lake

We are happy to announce a new project being taken on by Jon Thorner's. A lake on the farm in Pylle is being re-vamped to create a bright, peaceful fishing spot. The project intends not only to provide a leisurely pursuit but also to create an environmentally friendly area that can support a diverse range of birds, fish, insects and plant life.

Work on the lake began this week and is due to be finished in the next two months. People with permits will be able to come and use the lake which will have specially constructed platforms to fish from. Access to the lake will be from our farm shop in Pylle.
